📝 Position Overview

As the Inside Sales Associate (ISA), you will:

• Be the primary contact for potential clients, reaching out to leads and assisting them in booking appointments with our partnered Medspas and Beauty Clinics.

• Nurture and qualify leads while providing clear and professional communication.

• Support the sales pipeline by ensuring a smooth handoff to the next stage of the client journey.

📋 Key Responsibilities

📞 Contact leads via phone, email, and SMS to schedule appointments for our clients.

💬 Build rapport with leads, address their questions, and explain the value of our clients’ services.

🛠 Maintain and update lead records in CRM tools like Go HighLevel.

🚀 Follow up with leads to confirm and remind them of their appointments.

🤝 Collaborate with the sales and client success teams to ensure a seamless process.

📊 Monitor and report lead conversion rates and appointment metrics.

💡 Proactively suggest ways to improve lead engagement and conversion.

✅ Requirements

1. Experience

• 1+ years in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or similar roles (preferably in digital marketing).

2. Technical Skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Go HighLevel.

• Proficiency in GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets).

• Knowledge of Slack for communication.

3. Core Competencies
