📝 Position Overview
As the Inside Sales Associate (ISA), you will:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal
- Call and follow up with qualified leads interested in our digital marketing services
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations via Zoom to showcase our marketing solutions
- Close deals and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Track and manage your pipeline to ensure no leads fall through the cracks
- Build relationships with Medspa and Beauty Clinic owners to understand their growth needs
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication skills for phone calls, emails, and video presentations
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- CRM experience (HighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Goal-oriented with ability to meet monthly sales targets
✅ Requirements
1. Experience
- 2+ years in Inside Sales with proven experience closing deals (lead generation alone isn't enough)
- Experience with B2B sales cycles and SaaS/service sales preferred
- Track record of meeting sales quotas and targets
2. Technical Skills
- Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams) for product demonstrations
- CRM management - tracking leads, updating pipeline, managing follow-ups
