📝 Position Overview

As the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will:

• Be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through their marketing journey.

• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by aligning services with their goals.

🤝 Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

✅ Requirements

1. Experience

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles (preferably in digital marketing).

2. Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (preferred but not mandatory).

3. Technical Skills

• CRM experience (Go HighLevel preferred).

• Familiarity with GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets).

• Knowledge of Freshdesk for support ticket management.

• Proficiency in Slack for communication.

• Experience with Facebook Ads campaign management.

• Familiarity with ClickUp for project management.

4. Core Competencies
